Roy Till was the homosexual lover of fellow DEA Agent Schlatter. He was assumingly murdered by Ignacio & Esteban after being caught snooping around Nancy's Ren Mar home by Ignacio; as he was trying to get revenge upon Cesar and "Sucio" for their part in torturing and murdering Agent Schlatter.
